Mark Clark graduated with a degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University in 1991. After three years with a national homebuilder he joined his father's company, and for three decades has been crafting custom homes. The company motto is "Build it like your family is going to live there."

Dillan Clark became a Realtor soon after his eighteenth birthday and immediately started working towards his Principal Broker's license, which he achieved a few years later. He's worked construction with his father for many years and also gained customer service skills working in the restaurant business.
